Cains Fiduciaries announces the launch of its fiduciary services offering from the existing Cains Singapore office from 1st October 2011 in order to provide an enhanced service to its growing client base in Asia.

Cains Fiduciaries expands its fiduciary services offering to include the establishment and administration of structures domiciled in the British Virgin Islands through its subsidiary, Cains Fiduciaries (BVI) Limited. Cains Fiduciaries can now provide services to structures domiciled in the Isle of Man, British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, Singapore and other jurisdictions upon request

Cains appointed as legal advisors to the joint liquidators of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) Limited

Cains acted as Isle of Man legal advisers to Genting Singapore PLC (Genting Singapore) on its rights issue which was targeted to raise up to S$1.63 billion (US$1.14 billion)

The Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category was conferred on Cains. The Award is the highest honour which can be bestowed on a British business, made by the Queen on the advice of the UK Prime Minister
