We are seeking to recruit lawyers who excel in their chosen practice area. To join us you will have a strong academic background together with excellent relevant experience. In metropolitan terms we are a small firm and we therefore, require individuals who are adaptable team players and who tend to be entrepreneurial rather than bureaucratic.

Lawyers qualified in other jurisdictions will be offered the opportunity to train and qualify as Manx Advocates, if they desire. However, much of the work handled by Cains has a cross-border element and we are therefore looking for individuals with varied skills, professional qualifications, international backgrounds and linguistic abilities to complement our existing team.

We have built strong relationships with our clients and we place a high value on both strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
