Senior Associate Joins Cains

Cains is delighted to announce that Gillian Christian has joined its Litigation Department.
Gillian has moved from Applebys where she specialised in commercial and chancery litigation including high value, multi-jurisdictional trust and commercial contract disputes and mutual legal assistance requests from foreign jurisdictions.
Seth Caine, Head of Cains’ Litigation Department, said:

Gillian is Honorary Legal Adviser to the International Island Games Association and the Commonwealth Games Association of the Isle of Man. She is also Secretary of the Isle of Man Law Society.
