John is a corporate administration manager for Cains Fiduciaries Limited and has considerable knowledge of both UK and Isle of Man company secretarial, administration and statutory compliance matters, including experience at listed plc level.
John is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ("ICSA") and is also a professionally qualified member of the International Compliance Association.
John is responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients including companies listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Cains Fiduciaries Limited is our in-house administration provider, licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission to provide collective investment schemes, corporate and trust services. Cains Fiduciaries provide administration and accounting services to institutional, corporate and family office clients.
