Julian is a manager of Cains Fiduciaries Limited, dealing with numerous commercial property and other asset owning / financing companies and trusts.

In addition, Julian is the chairman and general manager of the numerous offshore subsidiaries of one of the world's leading airlines, responsible for the establishment and management of aircraft owning and leasing structures and the development of the group's investment strategies, selection of investment managers, benchmarks and the monitoring of investment performance.

Julian was previously managing director of NatWest International Trust Corporation (now Coutts (Isle of Man) Limited) and director of the group's European holding and policy making company. Julian has over 40 years' experience of company and trust administration involving Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, BVI, Bermuda, Bahamas, Cayman and UK vehicles.
