Olivia works with international law firms, accounting firms and other clients who wish to use an Isle of Man entity for the purposes of corporate structuring and re-structuring. Olivia also advises clients in the area of structured finance and project finance, whether for borrowers/guarantors or lenders, and advises on other commercial transactions.
Prior to joining Cains, Olivia worked for the law firm Clarke, Gittens & Farmer in Barbados where she focused on securities law, banking and corporate finance, project finance and both international and domestic capital markets for debt financings.Professional Experience:
