Experience:
Robert specialises in all aspects of commercial and chancery
litigation and he has represented a wide range of clients, both
domestic and international. In particular, Robert deals with
cases involving trust disputes, fraud and asset tracing, breaches
of financial services legislation, insolvency, commercial contract
disputes and professional negligence.
Robert also jointly edited "Isle of Man Partnership Law" by Mark
Solly.
Robert is a member of the International Bar Association and of the
Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
Robert is an ADR Group Accredited Mediator.
