Sally is a senior associate in Cains' corporate department. She has experience in a wide range of corporate and asset financing work. Her particular area of experience and interest relates to the establishment of offshore structures for the acquisition of high value UK commercial property (from initial acquisition, to subsequent re-financing and ultimately disposal). Sally works closely with top tier UK tax advisers and law firms to facilitate her clients’ requirements; her clients include special opportunity funds and high net worth individuals.
In addition, Sally is a senior member of Cains' employment unit, and deals with a wide variety of both contentious and non-contentious employment-related issues, including those arising from business acquisitions.
